Jean-Maurice Oudot

The past ten years acting as a partner and President of Oudot & Associés gave Jean-Maurice the opportunity to structure the Firm according to its clients’ needs. In an economic world in perpetual movement, he became aware very early that the needs expressed by the clients need to be anticipated.

His intuition and empathy combined with his knowledge have contributed to propel Oudot & Associés into the front rank of notary’s offices specialized in complex real estate, structured finance and planning transactions.

Anne-Hélène Garnier

Paris Institute of Political Studies and Diploma of Notary Public

Anne-Hélène joined the firm in 1997 where her fluent English speaking enabled her to quickly work on matters involving foreign investors. Her rigor, dynamism and skills led her to become equity partner in 2006.
She advises French and international corporate real estate clients in the framework of complex acquisition transactions, planning, development and structured finance projects.

Valérian Conrad-Bruat

Diploma of Notary Public and Attorney

Valérian began his career in the notary public sector where he worked for 6 years within the corporate real estate sector before deciding to join, in 2002, the world of Anglo-Saxon law firms in which he practiced for 8 years, in particular as partner of an American firm. Valérian advises international industrial groups, landholding corporations and real estate investment or private equity companies in their real estate investments.

Valérian as equity partner is mainly involved in complex real estate transactions and structured finance.

Pascal Potier

Diploma of Notary Public

Pascal worked as a notary public at Thibierge et Associés during 15 years where he was the head of the Real Estate and Complex Financing department.

Pascal specialises in structuring of real estate transactions (property development, building complexes and financing) for institutional investors and property developers.

He joined Oudot & Associés in 2012.
